How to Organise Your Winery Before the Harvest

The grape harvest is a time steeped in tradition and sharing, usually enjoyed with family or friends.

  • Storage area: where barrels, vats or tanks should be organised with space and good ventilation.

2. Cleaning and sanitising

3. Invest in good lighting

During the grape harvest, it is common for activities to continue into the night. Therefore, it is essential to invest in adequate lighting to ensure visibility and efficiency:

  • VITO’s Floodlight: easy to transport and position, it provides intense, comprehensive lighting, perfect for illuminating the entire winery.

With the help of VITO’s equipment, your winery will be ready to follow tradition and transform grapes.
